Sausage Rolls

8 oz. ground turkey sausage
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 egg
1 Tbs. BBQ sauce
2 Tsp. worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup bread crumbs
2 puff pastry sheets, thawed
1 egg, lightly beaten

1.  Preheat oven to 350`.  Line 2 baking dishes with aluminum foil.  Lightly brush with  melted butter or oil.
2.  Mix sausage, onion, egg, sauces and bread crumbs in a large bowl.  Mix well.
3.  Cut pastry sheets in half lengthwise.  Brush with extra egg (save the remaining egg for later).  Divide sausage mix into 4 portions.  Place one portion lengthwise down the center of ea. pastry sheet.  Roll up and press edges to seal.
4.  With the seam side down, make 9 slices in ea. roll, not quite cutting through.  Using a long knife, carefully lift the sausage rolls onto baking pans.  Brush with extra egg.  Bake 30 min. or until pastry is golden and sausage is cooked.
5.  Cut into individual sausage rolls.  Serve warm.
